By booking a tour, transfer or package with Anang Travel & Tours ("Anang"), you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Booking requests and confirmation
- A booking made on our website is a request. It is confirmed once Anang confirms it by message or email.
- Shared tours run when there are enough guests. If a shared tour cannot run, we will offer another date, another tour or a full refund.
- Please give correct details for every guest, including pickup place and contact number.
Prices and fees
- Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP) and are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only.
- Private tours and services marked "on request" are quoted by Anang.
- The environmental fee is excluded from tour rates and paid separately, except for the Balabac packages, where it is included. Some stops, such as Big Lagoon, Small Lagoon and Matinloc Shrine, also have entrance fees unless the package says they are included.
- Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
Payments
- You can reserve with a deposit or pay in full. The balance is paid before the tour starts.
- We accept GCash, Maya, Visa and Mastercard cards, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
- Unpaid bookings may be released if we cannot reach you before the tour date.
Safety and weather
- Boat trips follow the rules of the Philippine Coast Guard and the Municipality of El Nido. When they suspend sea travel, tours do not run.
- Our guides and captains may change the route, order of stops or timing for safety or weather reasons.
- Life vests are provided and must be worn when the crew asks. Please tell us honestly if a guest cannot swim.
- Guests with medical conditions, and pregnant guests, should check with their doctor before joining.
- Children must be with a parent or guardian at all times.
Your responsibilities
- Be at the pickup place on time. Late arrivals may miss the tour without a refund.
- Follow the crew's instructions and the rules of the El Nido-Taytay Managed Resource Protected Area: no littering, no touching or standing on coral, no collecting shells or marine life.
- Look after your personal belongings. Bring a waterproof bag for phones and cameras.
Photos
Our guides may take photos during the tour. We will ask before using any photo of you on our website or social media.
Liability
Anang takes reasonable care in running every tour. We are not responsible for delays, changes or losses caused by weather, government orders, events outside our control, or a guest not following safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine law.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You can update or delete your account anytime.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
